Receiving Workflow Messages

Workflow messages are sent by insurers to your repair facility. Messages are received automatically within the program. Each time a new message is received, a pop-up alert appears in the bottom right corner of your screen. To view the message details, click on the pop-up alert. Alternately, select the Messages button from the menu bar to open the My Work Dashboard.

By default, new messages are delivered to all users. Message notifications can be directed to specific users for specific insurance companies. Notification groups can be configured to direct messages from an insurance company to a user or group. Access this feature by selecting the Notification Groups link in your repair facility profile.
